The strongAccount Manager B2B Sales /strong will act as a key commercial link between flower growers and business clients—navigating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in strongItaly; /strongsome of your daily tasks include: /ppbr/pullistrongDrive Sales Close Deals: /strongActively source and engage new business clients. Use strategic and creative approaches (including cold calling) to grow your market. /lilistrongManage Relationships: /strong Build a portfolio of buyers and guide them through the full buying cycle—from onboarding to repeat business. /lilistrongMarket Expansion: /strong Spot new opportunities in the region and help shape our growth strategy with local insights. /lilistrongCustomer Visits Representation: /strongTravel to meet clients and attend trade events, building trust and long-term partnerships. /lilistrongOperational Excellence: /strong Ensure smooth operations—from logistics to payments—working closely with internal teams. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /pullistrongMarket Familiarity: /strongDeep understanding of the country, whether through residence or cultural/market knowledge. /lilistrongLanguages: /strongEnglish proficiency (our company´s language) + native or fluent Italian. /lilistrongLocation: /strong Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate within 3 months. /lilistrongExperience: /strong 3 years in a B2B sales, or account management role. emExperience in the flower/agri-trade industry is a plus but not required. /em /lilistrongSkills: /strongStrong communication, negotiation, and commercial instincts.
