In this role you will lead FP&A; and Controlling to translate strategy into robust financial outcomes. You'll own planning, forecasting, and performance visibility, partnering with business units to drive profitability. You'll guide the finance function at HQ and internationally, delivering data-driven insights to accelerate decision-making. This position offers broad impact across a fast-growing, mission-driven marketplace and the chance to shape the financial backbone of a multi-national operation.

- Lead FP&A; and Controlling teams (HQ and international)
- Manage full planning cycle: budget, long-term plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks
- Build a performance framework with KPIs, dashboards, and financial models
- Run scenario modeling and financial simulations for strategic decisions
- Partner with business units to evaluate investments, profitability, and growth
- Serve as key finance counterpart to C-level and General Managers
- Oversee monthly close with Accounting, ensuring accuracy of financial statements
- Ensure cost control, Opex discipline, and headcount governance
- Support resource allocation decisions and ROI analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities early and propose mitigations
- Own initiatives to generate Free Cash Flow
Responsabilidades
- Deep FP&A; leadership (10+ years) with experience in integral budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for a multi-national company
- Advanced financial modeling: building, owning, and stress-testing P&L;, Cash Flow, and unit economics models
- Operational efficiency and cost control: proven track record of cost-saving initiatives across complex, multi-territory P&Ls;
- Stakeholder alignment: ability to partner with and challenge executive leadership on targets and allocations
- Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and problem-solving mentality
- Nice to have: consulting, investment banking, or audit background;
