Corporate Communications Specialist

We are at a key moment of growth and we want to strengthen our Corporate Marketing and Communications team with a dynamic and well‑organized Corporate Communications Specialist, passionate about content creation and eager to help us tell our story and connect with our audiences.
What challenge will you be taking on?
- Strengthen brand coherence and impact through the drafting and management of corporate content.
- Adapt and publish content by adjusting tone, format, and style to different channels (website, intranet, newsletters, etc.).
- Support the creation of corporate materials and publications (internal magazine, annual report, presentations, etc.).
- Assist in the management and activation of corporate channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s narrative and communication style.
- Collaborate on the execution of both internal and external communication strategies and actions, working with other teams to ensure message and campaign alignment.
- Participate in corporate campaigns and projects aimed at reinforcing engagement, brand recognition, and company culture.
- Contribute to content planning and coordination, including audience identification, ideation, and scheduling.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of results and help prepare reports to drive continuous improvement of communication actions.
What do we need in our team?
- University degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in communication departments, agencies, or media.
- Excellent writing skills for informational and editorial content.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in content development.
- Solid organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Decision‑making skills and the ability to manage projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Experience in corporate communications within technology companies, knowledge of any other EU language, familiarity with AI tools related to content management and generation, experience with photo editing software, and knowledge and experience in developing scripts and audiovisual content are considered a plus.
