Key Responsibilities: Wine List Development : Craft wine lists that maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and prestige in line with current trends. Wine Stock Management : Develop and maintain an optimal wine stock portfolio, ensuring sales targets are met and employees are informed of key performance indicators. Sales Analysis : Monitor sales data to ensure efficient stock rotation and profitability remains within target parameters. Supplier Relationships : Foster strong relationships with key wine suppliers to source high-quality wines. Administrative Duties : Oversee all wine-related administration, ensuring seamless organization and timely updates. Requirements: Certified sommelier or equivalent qualification (e.G., WSET Level 3). In-depth knowledge of French and New World wines. Attention to Detail with excellent customer service skills. A team player with a proactive attitude. Ability to work under pressure.
