¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?
* Gestión de las solicitudes de reparación y reforma de nuestros inmuebles.
* Elaboración de las propuestas de solución y preparación de planos.
* Solicitud de presupuestos.
* Gestión de documentación con las Administraciones Públicas, coordinación con ingenierías y proveedores, control y seguimiento de obras e instalaciones técnicas.
* Gestión de expedientes de legalización de inmuebles y actividad.
* Gestión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los inmuebles.
* Control de facturación y costes

¿Qué esperamos de tí?
Te queremos en el equipo si quieres unirte a un proyecto puntero y en crecimiento; eres una persona proactiva y colaboradora, con ganas de aprender y aportar.
Formación Necesaria
* Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Caminos, Arquitectura o similares.
* Nivel de inglés medio-alto (B2/C1).
* Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en puestos similares.
* Conocimientos en herramientas como Monday, Gantpro y/o Trello.
* Valorable conocimientos en AutoCAD.
* Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y asumir responsabilidades.
* Nivel alto de MS365 y Google Suite.
