Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Manager located in Sant Cugat. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes managing service delivery processes, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
Experience in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery for End User Support
The incumbent must be based in Spain and be willing to travel
Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in IT Service Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
