Define and drive the analysis approach aligned with project goals.Collaborate with business areas such as Risk Engineering and Underwriting, ensuring a customer-centric vision.Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across end-to-end processes.Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with both technical teams and senior business leaders.Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.~ Proven experience in the Insurance sector (Commercial Insurance preferred).~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments.~ APIs, data models).~ Experience working in Agile environments.~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.~ Advanced English (spoken and written).
