About the Role: brAs an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle for your customer portfolio, driving growth through prospecting, discovering new opportunities and building long term relationships. Contrary to a key account manager role, your job will be mostly remote using all the available tools such as phone, email, digital meetings and the CRM system. brThis role is based in Spain, Terrassa and has hybrid flexibility. brResponsibilities : brManage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity development to customer loyalty. brMaintain a strong pipeline discipline by accurate forecasting ratio management. brEngage multiple stakeholders and convert proposals to actual sales. brConduct win/loss reviews and update account plans accordingly. brIdentify internal bottlenecks and suggest process or tool improvements. brCoach peers on discovery quality, objection handling and effective CRM documentation. brProtect price integrity and propose deal structures balancing growth and delivery risks. brProvide clear, data-driven insights during monthly reviews and planning sessions. brAssist customers in making the right choices based on your product knowledge. brWhat You Bring : brFluent in both Spanish English. brA background in engineering or knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic components. brStrong prospecting lead qualification skills. brExpertise in consulting clients and truly understanding their needs. brExcellent communication negotiation skills. brA solid understanding of objection handling strategies. brMastery of opportunity and pipeline management. brCRM discipline (Salesforce). brAccount development retention expertise.
