Provide support to customers via live chat, email and / or telephoneResolve client queries and provide support when requiredBe the liaison between client’s requests, customer service and back office operationsOffer support to the Business Development ManagersEnsure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delaysProvide a quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading accountPromote the Company’s servicesDrafting, monitoring daily reports and completing tasks assigned to them by the Head of Department or Management at a high levelJob Requirements :
Business fluency in English AND Spanish, both verbal and written is a mustPrevious relevant experience (6 months-2 years) in online customer support (emails / live chat) or a similar role is a mustExperience and knowledge of using Microsoft Office / Outlook is a mustUniversity Degree in Business Administration or a relevant degreeAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and multitasking skillsGood time management and priority handlingInitiative to find answers to new questionsAbility to diagnose and resolve problemsCompetitive salary based on candidate’s experience and skillsPerformance-based bonus (on a monthly basis)Full remote workFriendly, fast-paced, multinational and supportive working environmentMonday-Friday;
9-hour shifts including1 hour lunch break (on a weekly rotation);
