Your Key Responsibilities :
* Contact and engage with new leads and previous clients to generate interest and reactivate opportunities.
* Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our buyers brokers.
* Deliver personalized valuedriven conversations that align with client needs and company values.
* Follow company guidelines scripts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records and followup tasks in our CRM system.
* Represent our company with professionalism positivity and integrity on every call.
What Were Looking For :
* Location : Must reside on the Costa del Sol. This is an officebased role in BelAir (Estepona).
* Language Fluency : Native or fluent in Polish German Swedish Norwegian French or Flemish.
Bonus : Knowledge of multiple languages is a strong advantage.
* Preferred Experience : Previous telemarketing or inbound / outbound call experience is highly valued.
* Tech Savvy : Comfortable using CRM platforms phone systems and digital tools.
* Strong Communicator : Friendly confident and persuasive on the phone.
* Resilient and TargetOriented : Youre motivated by results and handle rejection with professionalism.
* TeamOriented : Positive attitude and eager to contribute to a supportive fastpaced environment.
* ComplianceFocused : Able to follow scripts adhere to SOPs and represent the brand consistently.
* Availability : Willing to work 2 weekends per month as part of a rotating schedule.
