Position: Project Control Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Control Manager to join our team. The main responsibilities include managing project costs, schedules, and budgets to guarantee project completion within scope, on time, and within budget.
Main Functions
* Lead the Project Control team assigned to the project (planning, cost, and RROO).
* Develop and maintain project cost, schedule, and budget plans to meet project objectives.
* Identify and mitigate project risks; develop risk management plans.
* Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and develop solutions.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
* Interact with project control stakeholders to incorporate TR requirements into project systems and coordinate schedule and control activities.
* Conduct schedule analysis, identify potential claims, and support schedule inputs for contract claims.
* Maintain project documentation, including plans, change requests, and status reports.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
* Preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on project controls, covering all project phases from design to startup.
* Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Experience in technical and economic evaluation of solutions (value engineering), analyzing impacts on project cost, schedule, and risks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey information clearly to teams, stakeholders, and management.
* Leadership qualities to motivate teams, set clear visions, and foster a positive work environment.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptability to changing requirements and situations to keep projects on track.
* Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
* Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions proactively.
* Availability to travel and work onsite as needed.
