Position Summary
Receptionist – Full time – Murcia, Spain.
Responsibilities
* Organise all tasks of the Reception department with the hotel guests, from before their arrival, during their stay and until their departure.
* Formalise arrivals (check‑in) and welcome guests.
* Formalise departures (check‑out) and say goodbye.
* Provide personal and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
* Perform concierge and bell‑hop duties.
* Review reservations.
* Conduct night audit.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the reception manager.
Qualifications
* Degree in Tourism, Master’s in Marketing or similar.
* Specific training in tourist quality required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and quality in the hotel sector.
* High level of English; knowledge of other languages valued.
* Computer skills, hospitality software, CRM, ISO regulations appreciated.
