The project is developed within one of our technical offices located in India, China, Vietnam, or nearby regions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise among developers, Head office and factories to solve technical issuesProduction follow-up to ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and delivery requirementsWork with suppliers to ensure all materials meet testing requirementsProcess Compliance and Follow-upClear to Wear & Safe to Wear involvementCorporate Social Responsibilities and Code of ConductPOSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS+5 years or above of solid experience in footwear production and developmentSolid experience in footwear and/or bags development and manufacturing processesStrong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of responsibilityProficient in written and spoken English "Tempe is a company committed to equal opportunities
