- Lead the coordination and management of the warehouse, inventory and its operations- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplace- Act autonomously and with minimal supervisionResponsabilities- Monitor, coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing goods/deliveries- Monitor and process returns including initial quality inspection- Investigate stock deviations- Monitor inventory levels and refill pick locations/bins as required- Ensure appropriate rotation of stock to minimize out-of-dates/scrapping- Lead the coordination and participate in stock taking- Lead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSE- Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods/deliveries- Other supply chain duties as directedKey Performance metrics- Receiving and dispatch time- Returns processing time- Stock taking accuracy (% of stock variation)Competencies/SkillsEducation:- Relevant warehousing licenses (forklift, manual handling, dangerous good)- Certificate in warehousing preferredWork experience:- 1-2 years supply chain experience preferred- SAP experience preferredSkills & competencies required:- Process and e2e thinking (well structured, methodical)- High organizational skills- Ability to act autonomously- Good interpersonal skills- Good IT understanding (e.G. SAP, CRM, WMS)- Good communication skills to all organizational levels
