Summary:

The role covers all aspects of collections activity including cash collection, account management, customer relations and credit and internal controls.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the analysis, reconciliation, and collection of a large portfolio of Customer Accounts with the objective of reducing and minimizing past due balances.
2. Make outbound contacts with end customer contacts to ensure timely payment of invoices
3. Implementation of permanent account administration, reconciliation and account analysis.
4. Implementation of credit/account management, ascertainment of the payment patterns and, if necessary, implementation of corrective measures.
5. To ensure debt and cash targets are met on a quarterly/monthly basis
6. To ensure all ledgers are kept clean and reconciled
7. To ensure full compliance with all associated internal and Sarbox controls
8. Support with the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation

Skills/Abilities:

9. A minimum of 1 year experience within a finance organization
10. Fluency in Finnish and English both written and verbal.
11. Results / Target driven
12. Ability to work on own initiative
13. Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible regarding working patterns
14. Good communication skills
15. Quality and attention to details oriented
16. Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
17. University Level education (desirable)
