YOUR TASKS :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Controller for Operational Risk Monitoring. This role encompasses second-level controls across all business processes, both front and support functions. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of risk management and the regulation in coordination with business units and risk management teams.
Key Responsibilities :
* Contribute to the implementation of second-level controls (documentary checks, procedural analysis, data analysis, etc.).
* Collection and analysis of errors and incidents.
* Feeding the incident collection database and ensuring compliance with the Basel classification system.
* Preparation of observation sheets and presentation materials.
* Debriefing of key findings to the audited departments.
* Preparation and maintenance of operating procedures.
* Supporting the Risk Department in updating the operational risk map.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS :
* Experience in internal audit or operational risk management is preferred.
* Open to candidates looking to pivot their career towards this field.
* Excellent proficiency in English is essential; French is a plus.
* Background in the Brokerage sector is a plus.

This position reports directly to the Head of Permanent Control.
