Responsibilities
The position is based at the Burgos Wind site.Provide laws and regulations, and other necessary HSE requirements to Operations. Supervise and enforce the company's occupational health, safety and environmental management in line with the requirements of laws and regulationsSupport occupational health, safety and environment goal setting of Operation, promote and supervise the internal compliance and effectiveness of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 systemParticipate in drawing up occupational health, safety and environment rules and regulations, and safety/environment emergency response plansDevelop necessary HSE training and qualification requirements for relevant staff, external contractors, and other relevant personnel, such as national qualification requirements for relevant special operations, internal qualification requirements from the corporationSupport departments to identify and manage environmental factors, safety and health risksSupport and supervise the department in implementing the emergency response drillsCheck the occupational health, safety and environment management status on site, inspect the occupational health, safety and environment hazards in time, and put forward suggestions for the improvement of occupational health, safety and environment managementStop and correct behaviors of illegal command, forcing to conduct of adventure work, and violation of operating proceduresSupervise the implementation of the occupational health, safety and environment corrective actionsParticipate in and promote major occupational health, safety and environmental accident investigations, urging the implementation of the improvement planFormulate the requirements of occupational health examination and supervise the completion of the occupational health examinationCheck the qualifications of special PPE, supervise and guide related employees to use it correctlyConduct safety awareness training for employeesMonitor subcontractor compliance with applicable HSE legal and Vestas requirements
