Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Ensure a smooth client transition by facilitating structured handovers between Sales and Customer Success teams and managing onboarding information.
* Lead onboarding of strategic clients, especially high-stakes accounts based on Tiering / ARR, acting as both internal and external project manager.
* Align and engage clients from the start through kick-off meetings, setting objectives, challenges, and success KPIs.
* Configure MyTraffic solutions, deliver tailored training, and promote rapid adoption by addressing barriers.
* Maintain high satisfaction levels during onboarding, proactively manage feedback, and ensure seamless transition to account management teams.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a CSM, Consultant, or Onboarding Specialist role within B2B SaaS, focusing on complex solutions.
* Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent at managing diverse client portfolios, tailoring communication to various personas, from operational staff to C-level executives.
* Strong collaborator, engaging effectively with sales, product, and customer care teams.
* Challenger mindset, resilient, coachable, and dedicated to client success.
* Organizational skills, presentation capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.
