Job Responsibilities
* Manipulate materials according to legal requirements, business needs, and work processes, focusing on HSEQ and cleanliness, aiming for incident-free operations and continuous HSEQ improvement.
* Operate, monitor, and control the supply and distribution process of raw materials, including weighing, tank control, and related activities for production preparation.
* Supply materials to production plants based on planning, using forklifts and distribution centers.
* Weigh chemicals, liquids, and powders according to Pick-list.
* Operate machines, ensure proper process, prepare batch materials, take samples, and perform site inspections.
* Receive raw materials, report deviations, and supervise unloading.
* Collect, control, classify, and load hazardous industrial waste following procedures.
* Supervise external drivers and mechanics according to safety instructions, accompany tank trucks to loading/unloading zones, and ensure process compliance.
* Maintain operational parameters (KOP) and critical control points (CCP) within defined windows as per SOP.
* Support effective logistics processes, including correct product entry and data processing in SAP.
* Provide preliminary diagnosis of deviations (KOP).
* Ensure efficient and effective handover of information between shifts, both orally and in writing.
* Call and inform shift supervisor in case of deviations or hazards outside supervisory hours.
* Participate in emergency and safety equipment testing.
* Participate in HSEQ audits as scheduled.
* Report hazards through appropriate mechanisms (e.g., IIMS).
Minimum Requirements
* Higher vocational training in Industrial Chemistry or similar.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Forklift license.
