Atelier Entropic is an award-winning design studio specializing in architecture, landscape, urbanism, and interior design. ENTROPIC is seeking a motivated Business & Marketing Intern to join our international team for a minimum 6-month paid internship, who is actively interested in learning how a creative office procures and communicates their work. This role is oriented to individuals who have a creative background but have an entrepreneurial interests. We’re a design- and research-driven architecture and urbanism office, and this role is ideal for someone who is proactive, focused, visually aware, curious about architecture and real estate development, and eager to contribute to the strategic growth and visibility of our practice.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barcelona for a Business Development and Marketing Assistant. This hybrid position combines strategic business development support with hands-on communication support. In this role you will assist with lead generation, outreach, market research, and developing marketing strategies and assets to support business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to assess market trends and provide insightful data to inform business strategies
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
* Experience or interest in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
* Strong research and writing skills; ability to synthesize complex information
* Visual sensitivity and understanding of architectural representation
* Interest in architecture, design, urban development, and real estate
* Good understanding of social media platforms and digital communication
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry is highly prioritized
* Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in an evolving, creative environment
* EU work authorization
Summary of Responsibilities
Business Development
* Support business development efforts by organizing contacts and maintaining CRM databases
* Research potential partners, developers, consultants, and opportunities in architecture and real estate
* Assist the team in preparing tender submissions documents
* Register Entropic on the procurement portals
* Contribute to strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Marketing & Communication
* Coordinate visual materials with the design team
* Monitor engagement, analytics, and growth performance
* Coordinate events, conferences, awards, press releases and similar
Additional Information
* Based in or available to relocate to Barcelona starting on 1st July 2026
* Office-based work; some remote days may be accepted
* Salary based on prior experience and is discussed during the interview
