We are growing fast– and it is time to take our next big step.

Due to strong, sustained growth in Spain, we are creating a brand new Field Sales Manager role to lead our national field operations and evolve how we go to market. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, shape the direction of a highly motivated team, and contribute directly to the continued success of our brands.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a high-impact, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to be in the field, with the team, driving results and setting the pace.

About the Role

As our first Field Sales Manager in Spain, you will take full ownership of how we execute in the field – leading a team of field sales representatives and merchandisers (currently ~25), as well as a shopper marketing specialist. You will also be tasked with expanding the team with a new sales coordinator role.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the Spanish Sales Leadership Team and work in close partnership with KAMs and Marketing. The role is based in Madrid and includes frequent national travel.

This is a growth role in every sense – your leadership will directly shape the next chapter of our commercial development in Spain.

What You Will Do

* Lead, coach, and develop our national team of field sales representatives and merchandisers, plus a shopper marketing specialist – and take part in recruiting and onboarding the new role as sales coordinator.
* Inspire and drive performance across a motivated, sales-driven team – you will set the tone, lead from the front, and create the structure, clarity, and energy that empowers others to deliver.
* Build the foundation for scale – implement tools like Salesforce, define KPIs, and establish performance routines that help us grow smarter without losing our commercial edge.
* Own our retail execution across Spain – ensure strong distribution, visibility, and in-store implementation, and translate our commercial priorities into frontline action.
* Partner closely with KAMs and Marketing – align on national campaigns, shopper initiatives, and brand visibility strategies that win at the point of purchase.
* Be present in the field – support your team where it matters most, understand customer dynamics firsthand, and turn insights into action.
* Shape and lead the next chapter of our growth in Spain, balancing the entrepreneurial spirit we value with the structure and rhythm we need to go further.

Who You Are

* An experienced people leader with a proven track record in FMCG, ideally within food or beverage categories.
* A natural leader – someone who inspires and energises others, with a coaching mindset and clear performance expectations.
* Comfortable leading large, distributed field teams, with strong examples of driving both results and team culture .
* Structured and commercially sharp – able to connect field execution with broader business goals.
* Experienced in working with CRM tools – experience with our CRM system, Salesforce, is particularly valued and considered a strong merit.
* Thrives in growth environments and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on involvement.
* Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English.
* Based in Madrid and open to regular national travel.
