Process Owner (d/f/m)
We are seeking a Process Owner (d/f/m) to co-drive our digital governance and processes on a global scale. This key role involves driving strategic governance initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholder needs across regions, and ensuring adherence to digital governance standards and objectives within our global structure. This position requires a deep understanding of digital governance, alongside strong collaborative skills to engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Governance Ownership: Driving established and operative governance frameworks as a strong owner. Ensure governance policies are reflecting organizational priorities. Ensure compliance with execution in balance with the nature of a fast-paced environment is met.
Portfolio Management: Ensure TKEs portfolio across digital and data products is prioritized and aligned with global and local organizations. Be a strong advocate to always start at the user (Service technician, customer or end user) and focus on business value creation. Enable business success by balancing local needs with global capacities.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining governance processes to enhance efficiency, and digital business value creation.
Definition of Standards: Define, document, and communicate governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain a governance framework, ensuring policies are actionable, relevant, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for global stakeholders across business units, IT, security, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to align on governance requirements, priorities, and value delivery. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring governance goals are well-communicated and implemented.
Collaboration with your peers: Partner with Product Owners and other peer groups to ensure excellence in product delivery and business value creation. Act as a go-to person for your peer group.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Report progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders, using data to refine the governance strategy as necessary.
