Currently we need to reinforce our Purchasing and Import team by incorporating an Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Pass and follow up orders for EU purchases and imports.
- Manage purchasing and import documentation.
- Update internal databases with order details.
- Coordinate and manage purchases from subsidiaries.
- Sample management.
- DAP management.
- Management of supplier files.
- Incident management with suppliers.
Requirements
- Languages: High level of English.
- Good organisational skills.
Valuable
- Previous and recent experience of at least 2 years as a logistics, import/export or purchasing clerk.
- Training in the field of international trade among other related training.
