As an Account Manager in Málaga (on-site), you will focus on driving cloud technology sales, building lasting client relationships, and helping businesses transform with innovative cloud solutions.
The Offer:
* Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a strong first impression and growing your portfolio.
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses integrate advanced cloud technologies into their operations.
* Identify new business opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to thrive using cloud solutions.
* Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
* Native or proficient in Dutch, with fluency in English.
* 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success.
* Bonus: Experience with MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions, or a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
* Competitive salary: 24,000 to 32,000 gross/year.
* Full-time contract with a structured schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:30, Friday 9:00 to 16:30.
