Senior Account Growth Manager (Pharma & MedTech)

Focus: Strategic Portfolio Expansion & Collaboration Building

The Opportunity: For 14 years, Novalins has been a trusted partner for the world's leading Pharma, MedTech, and CRO companies. We have 4 ISO certifications and a portfolio of 300 active, loyal clients. We don't need a "Hunter" to find new logos, and we don't need an "Order Taker" to just process quotes. We are looking for a Strategic Account Growth Manager who acts like an Intrapreneur. You will have the autonomy to treat your assigned portfolio as your own micro-company, selecting the highest-potential clients and building the strategic collaborations that lead to predictable, recurrent revenue.

Your Intrapreneurial Mandate

In this role, you are the architect of your own success. You aren't just handed a to-do list; you are handed a goldmine of existing relationships and tasked with:

* Strategic Selection: You will analyse our list of 300 clients to identify the accounts with the highest expansion potential. You decide where to focus your energy for the highest ROI.
* Building Collaborations, Not Just Quotes: We want to move away from transactional project-based work. Your mission is to design and lead expansion strategies that turn "one-off" requests into long-term, multi-departmental collaborations and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
* Sustainable Growth: You will offset industry shifts (like AI adoption) by increasing the volume and breadth of our partnerships, ensuring Novalins remains a core strategic partner rather than just a supplier.

Your Mission: Value-Based Partnership

* Identify & Map: Dive deep into your selected accounts. Map out their clinical, regulatory, and marketing departments across different geographies.
* Lead the Dialogue: You won't just "check in." You will lead structured discussions around performance, future needs, and regulatory risk, positioning Novalins as the solution to their most complex language challenges.
* Defend the Value: You will negotiate firmly with procurement and senior stakeholders, holding clear positions on scope and pricing by demonstrating our technical superiority and ISO-backed reliability.

* The Detail (Blue): You are disciplined and thorough. You prepare for every call, follow the SOPs perfectly, and never let an opportunity fall through the cracks due to poor follow-up. You value precision and rigor.
* The Hunger (Red): You have a true "owner" mindset. You are proactive and persistent. You don't wait for a client to email you; you reach out with a strategy to expand the collaboration.
* The Authority: You understand that in Pharma and MedTech, you don't "sell", you solve. You speak the language of quality and regulatory compliance, building trust through expertise.
