Overview
Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is set in a working olive grove and brings the Soho Farmhouse experience to members living and visiting the White Island. The property includes bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms, and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. As a Guest Services you will support guest communications, travel arrangements, and reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email, or through a central reservation system.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every member is welcomed by name and guests are welcomed in a hospitable manner — the Soho House way is warm and friendly.
- Process reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant.
- Assist in answering member or guest queries via telephone or email.
- Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
- Know the type of rooms available, their location and layout.
- Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans.
- Communicate reservation information and all special requests to the front desk.
- Process cancellations and modifications and relay information to the front desk promptly.
- Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicate information to guests.
- Prepare expected arrival lists for front office use.
- Update member and guest profiles.
- Handle daily correspondence, respond to inquiries, and make reservations as needed.
- Be aware of all front office procedures.
- Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in other areas of the house.
- Build positive relationships with members and guests.
- Communicate and flag any feedback to the management team.
- Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.
- Be well-versed on standard operating procedures, menus, amenities, and pricing.
What we are looking for in a Guest Services
A successful Guest Services candidate will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first-class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly, and happy to be a key part of a team that strives for success.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
