Job Overview :
We are seeking a certified VMware Trainer to deliver the official VMware vSphere : Install, Configure, Manage (V8) course.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training sessions to IT professionals, ensuring an excellent learning experience focused on VMware vSphere 8 technologies.
Responsibilities :
Deliver VMware vSphere (V8) training sessions (in-person or virtual) according to official VMware standards.
* Guide participants through theoretical modules and hands-on labs.
* Provide real-world examples to enhance the learning experience.
* Adapt training methods based on participant experience levels.
* Support trainees during lab exercises and assessments.
* Ensure that all training materials and activities meet VMware certification requirements.
Qualifications : Mandatory : VMware Certified Instructor (VCI) – Active status
* Mandatory : VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) on vSphere 8
* Strong hands-on experience (3–5+ years) with VMware vSphere environments.
* Excellent knowledge of ESXi, vCenter, virtual networking, storage, security, and troubleshooting.
* Previous experience delivering VMware official curriculum courses.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus) : VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) certification
* Knowledge of VMware NSX, vSAN, or Cloud solutions
* Experience training multicultural or international groups
