In a context of strong expansion, Unlimitail is strengthening its footprint in Spain and is looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager ready to elevate our Retail Media offering.
Your mission: turn data, campaigns and partnerships into stories that inspire our clients and support the performance of our sales teams.
The position is based in Madrid, Spain, and reports directly to the European Marketing & Communication Department based in France.
Marketing development & storytelling
Create marketing content and showcase our assets
Build and update marketing materials and sales decks
Use our data and translate it into actionable insights with compelling storytelling for brands
Ensure consistency and alignment of all marketing materials with Unlimitail's brand identity
Sales activation & commercial support
Build and update calendar-based offers (retail moments, seasonal events, key commercial periods)
Support the planning and structuring of major commercial initiatives
Respond to ad-hoc requests from sales teams with tailored materials and content
Maintain regular communication with the sales teams to gather needs and feedback
Identify, prioritise and manage key industry events (trade shows, conferences, awards, panels discussion) together with the Global team
Ensure event coverage (photos/videos, live posts, etc.) Share communication and visibility opportunities (LinkedIn posts, media, partnerships, speaking slots, etc.)
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing/communication within FMCG, media sales, or a media agency
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English (required). French is a plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn retail media data and insights into clear messages
Excellent organisational, project management and coordination skills
Strong knowledge of social media and the media ecosystem
