THE ROLE
Join our HR Team at our Location in Alcala de Henares. We are responsible for designing, deploying, and executing HR capabilities in the areas of HR operations, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, and Communications. The role reports to the HR Director EMEA and works closely with country and local HR managers to tailor processes and standards to employee groups, balancing global standards & leading practices with local norms. To strengthen our HR team in the IBERIA region, we are looking for an HR Manager - Iberia (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:
* Lead the HR function for the IBERIA region, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business units.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement and conflict resolution.
* Oversee and implement the organization structure across departments in the Iberia region.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
* Extensive background in shared services, including the establishment and management of service centers, with a focus on HR Services.
* Several years of experience in a leading HR management role, focusing on HR operations and services.
* Experience in employment laws, regulations, and labor relations.
* Previous experience in a multinational company with complex structures.
* Knowledge of HR Transformation and Change Management.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills with an understanding of how to effectively communicate change, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
