Senior Sales Manager (Industrial Automation)

Company: Our client, an international provider of automation and digital solutions for the process industry
Our client is expanding its European business and is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive regional growth within the industrial automation and process control sector.
This role focuses on developing strategic accounts and leading large automation projects across the region.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional sales and business development strategies
* Identify new business opportunities within process industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
* Lead project bidding, negotiations and contract signing
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions
* Monitor market trends and provide competitive market insights
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Engineering, Business or related field
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or process control
* Experience selling DCS, PLC, instrumentation or industrial software solutions
* Strong industry network within process industries
* Candidates from companies such as Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB or Schneider Electric are highly desirable
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Chinese language skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration with global teams
* Willingness to travel across the region as required
