Cruise Line Customer Advisor (Danish) - Remote from Portugal

Salary & Benefits
* 1500 x 14 salary
* Relocation from outside Portugal:
o Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
o Monthly rent 280, all utilities included (deducted directly from payslip)
* Remote work model (must be based in mainland Portugal)
* Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and feel comfortable recommending additional or alternative options when relevant. Any level of sales experience is welcome.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
* Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations
* When appropriate, offer package upgrades or alternative options
* Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support
* Assist travel agencies with booking management
* Inform customers about documentation, prices, ships, destinations and related topics
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Any background in sales (retail, call centre, tourism, e-commerce, etc.)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach
* Comfortable using digital tools
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
