**Mandatory Requirements**:
- **Proven experience of at least 3/4 years as a system administrator in SQL Databases.**:
- **English language skills are essential for daily communication in English. Fluency in conversation is expected.
**Valuable knowledge**:
- **Technical Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator or in a similar role. Advanced roles may require more than 5 years of experience.**:
- **Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are highly valued.**:
- **Cloud Environments: Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.**:
- **Experience with MdW (Weblogic, Jboss, ISS, Tomcat,...).**:
- **Advanced Automation/Orchestration skills.**:
- **Familiarity with Backup/Storage (Netapp, EMC, NetBackup, Veeam Backup...).**:
- **Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
**Soft Skills**: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical team members.
**What your daily routine will look like**:
- **You'll have a 40-hour weekly contract, Monday through Friday. The project you'll be working on has a rotating shift applicable to the entire team, with three shifts that rotate weekly between 7:00 am and 19:00 pm. Additionally, there will be rotating shifts with the rest of the team.**:
