Functions and Responsibilities
* Local Brand Awareness
* Evaluate and understand awareness boosters and threats of the brand in the dealer area.
* Analyze customer feedback (VOC), Google Dealer Rating, Nissan Web, and social media to complete the dealer awareness picture.
* Develop and analyze the local SEM/Keywords strategy for the dealer and group, and monitor keyword consumption.
* Check and control the quality of information on Google My Business dealer profiles.
* Coordinate with PR on information and events for local promotion.
* Monitor dealer-organized events and partnerships, managing participation, metrics, and results.
1. Content
* Follow up on dealer publications across all channels: digital, social media, CRM, showroom, and events.
* Assist dealers in defining their communication strategy aligned with brand priorities.
* Collaborate with national communication to ensure consistency and support in campaigns, including collaborative and top focus campaigns.
* Manage requests for network assets to promote the brand and local needs, sharing assets on Nissan Marketing Platform.
* Oversee dealer marketing investments and additional plans, including pacing, scheduling, and audits.
* Coordinate with PR to amplify content through local press and Nissan channels.
* Ensure dealer communication about the brand aligns with national messaging regarding technology, vehicles, and driving experience.
2. Lead Generation (Phygital: Physical + Digital)
* Collaborate with CRM to maximize lead sources and generation across different timelines.
* Understand and optimize the lead generation process at local and brand levels.
* Assess lead management maturity and dealer practices.
* Ensure dealer utilization of national agreements and territories, such as AEH, RCPB, and regional sports or event partnerships.
3. Priorities
* Focus on lead generation and proposal deployment in collaboration with CARE Department.
* Prioritize the Top 15 markets: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Canarias & Baleares, and Basque Country.
Requirements include experience in local media campaigns (digital, OOH), event organization, automotive knowledge (preferable), technical skills in digital and social media, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing. Native or advanced Spanish language skills are required.
