As Head of Operating Model Excellence for Credit u0026amp; Surety, you will design and evolve the end-to-end operating model to boost service quality, efficiency, and scalability. • Translate business outcomes into target-state processes, service models, governance, and operating principles
• Program manage technology-enabled initiatives and roadmaps

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders across regions

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of professional experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments
• Relevant experience in credit insurance, surety, or commercial credit risk
• 5+ years in transformation, operational excellence, or operational leadership
• Strong program and project management capabilities for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Proven experience in leading AI implementations as program xpzdshu manager, product owner, or business owner
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence senior leaders across functions, regions, and cultures
