Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Manager to lead and support API integrations between XBO’s platform and our corporate clients, merchants, and payment partners. This role will be central to enabling Corporate Services and CryptoPay solutions, ensuring that integrations are smooth, secure, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
The Integration Manager will serve as the key point of contact between corporate clients, merchants, internal technical teams, and external partners to deliver best-in-class integration experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end API integration projects with merchants and corporate clients for CryptoPay and other corporate services.
* Collaborate with business development, compliance, and product teams to understand client requirements and design integration solutions.
* Coordinate with internal R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of integrations.
* Provide technical guidance and documentation to merchants and partners during the onboarding and integration process.
* Monitor and maintain integrations post-launch, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance with XBO’s security standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and efficiently.
* Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for API and payment gateway integrations within the organization.
* Continuously improve integration processes, tools, and client-facing documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in API integration management, preferably within fintech, crypto, or payments industries.
* Strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
* Familiarity with payment gateways, PSPs, APMs, and crypto payment solutions.
* Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with business, compliance, and technical teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
