We are looking for proactive, dynamic and energetic people, with customer and commercial orientation for our **Contact Centre** in Benidorm.
The main responsibilities are:
- Personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for national and international clients.
- Advice and sales skills in car rentals.
Minimum requirements:
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (a second language will be a plus: Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test is required.
- Experience in customer service. Kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
