We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Revenue Systems Analyst to support and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem and GTM tools. This role blends Salesforce administration, light solutioning, basic CPQ support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity, scalable processes, and a seamless user experience. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day support and play a key role in project rollouts, documentation, and ongoing process optimization.
This is an ideal role for someone who is curious about technology, has strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys working cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Solutioning
* Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
* Perform light configuration, including custom fields, record types, page layouts, picklists, validation rules, screen flows, and approval processes.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports for GTM stakeholders.
* Partner with the Salesforce Solution Architect to support scalable, well-documented system enhancements and light solution design.
CPQ Administration
* Support Salesforce CPQ configuration and maintenance :
quote line editing, pricing logic, discount fields, approval rules, and quote template updates.
* Ensure CPQ quote outputs align with sales usability, finance validation, and forecast accuracy.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to surface process gaps, usage challenges, and documentation needs.
Data & Master Records Management
* Own the integrity of product, pricing, and customer data in Salesforce and related tools.
* Maintain account hierarchies and support territory alignments or updates.
* Contribute to broader data governance efforts that impact pipeline, forecast, and bookings accuracy.
GTM Tool Administration
* Serve as admin for connected GTM tools :
* GetAccept (quote and signature templates)
* Validity (data health)
* Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements across tools.
User Support & Documentation
* Triage and resolve user support requests across Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM systems.
* Deliver onboarding sessions and ad hoc training for new and existing users.
* Own the creation and maintenance of clear, up-to-date documentation and how-to guides for all supported tools and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure systems meet business needs across the customer lifecycle.
* Support the rollout of new system features, tools, and enhancements from testing through deployment.
* Coordinate and execute UAT efforts, including use case documentation and feedback tracking.
* Stay current on Salesforce and GTM tool best practices.
* Proactively identify areas for process optimization and automation, working closely with senior team members to implement scalable solutions.
* Experience :
4+ yrs in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, SFDC Administration
* Languages :
English (professional proficiency), 2nd language a plus (French, Spanish, German)
* Communication :
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Technical Skills :
SFDC & CPQ administration. Exposure to GTM tools like GetAccept, Validity, HubSpot
* Interpersonal Skills :
Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
