Job responsibilities
* Responsible for the elevator industry business in the European region, formulate sales strategies based on the company's strategic goals, and achieve annual performance targets.
* Customer Insight: Conduct insights into the elevator industry customers' business in Spain, including but not limited to: market trends, industry landscape, customer development trends, customer organizational structure and decision-making chain, competitors, and competitive products.
* Lead and Opportunity Mining: Identify and develop customer leads and business opportunities within the region until cooperation is achieved.
* Customer Relationship Building: Maintain existing customer relationships and develop key customer relationships along the customer's organizational structure and decision-making chain.
* Project Development: Assist and support domestic sales and related teams to promote and complete project development on the client side.
* After-Sales Service: Assist and support the execution and closure of after-sales service tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Other routine sales tasks.
Job requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the elevator industry. Experience working in multinational corporations is preferred.
* Strong business development and regional management skills, with a proven track record of independently developing business.
* Excellent interpersonal management skills, approachability, influence, and keen insight, along with outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
* Proficiency in English, with Spanish or French language skills preferred.
* Permanent residency in the Spanish region, with occasional travel to China required.
