We are seeking a
Senior Research Associate to join our dynamic, rapidly growing, and innovative organization. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, a fast learner, and proactive. The main focus will be to enhance our analytics and energy research capabilities.

How you will contribute:
* Research and compile information about target countries, including economic context and power market features, to prepare Country Profiles reports.
* Prepare and deliver presentations or reports on topics relevant for identifying and selecting target countries.
* Draft Collaboration Agreements with target countries and relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare materials for signing Collaboration Agreements and meetings with representatives.
* Create reports, white papers, and other documents to support decision-making or understanding of topics.
* Deliver presentations, courses, or seminars related to Cooperation Agreements for capacity building.
* Prepare and deliver ad-hoc presentations or reports as required by RELP's core team.
What you will bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Mandatory)
* Master's in Renewable Energy or related field
* 7-10 years of research experience (Mandatory)
* At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector
* Professional proficiency in English and French
