We are seeking the best talent for the position of Medical Scientific Liaison in South Spain.Purpose
To maximize product value through high-quality scientific communication with Leading Specialists, aligning with the Medical Affairs Plan, and achieving company goals. The MSL will be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing our products, treatment trends, and studies with healthcare professionals, and serving as a trusted scientific partner.Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical and scientific developments within the therapeutic area.Develop and maintain a contact network with Leading Specialists, understand their needs, and communicate the medical benefits of our products.Proactively and reactively communicate scientific data, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.Organize and participate in Medical Education activities, advisory boards, and support scientific discussions.Engage in Market Access discussions and pre-approval activities, providing scientific support to payors and preparing for product launch.Support sales representatives with scientific training and information.Implement Medical Affairs plans locally, supporting studies and gathering insights.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, including pharmacovigilance and legal requirements.Collaborate with GCO studies and support safety reporting and compliance activities.Qualifications / Requirements
Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences degree, or related qualification.Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area and strong research skills.Relevant experience and communication skills to engage with Leading Specialists.Customer-focused, innovative, and adaptable to a changing environment.Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values and health care integrity guidelines.Valid driver’s license.
