Right now, we are looking for a Sales Manager M/W to join our Sales team.
What will you do in your day-to-day?
* Manages the commercial interface all along projects life cycle (development, mass production, aftersales), while developing long term relationship with the customer
* Analyses the customer requests in cooperation with the internal organization (Engineering, Project, Costing, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing) and manages the commercial offers, in line with the company profitability policy
* Business scope -under the KAM's responsibility- 20 to 30M€/year
* In cooperation with the project leaders, manages the project sales & profitability monitoring
* Negotiates design / process changes and disputes / claims related to projects in development
* Supports Internal and External project reviews
* Contributes to the BSS business and technology intelligence
* Contributes to response to new RFQs
What we are looking for in you:
* Ability to promote and sell technical products / solutions, understand customer requirements
* Knowledge of Automotive industry
* English and French required, another foreign language would be appreciated
* Sales management and negotiation techniques
* Good interpersonal skills - Oral and written expression
* Thorough / Reliable / Accountable / Open / Ready to listen and work hard
* Ability to teamwork, well organized
* Must show initiative
* Frequent trips in Europe / Morocco
