The GTM Analyst sits inside the consulting team and owns the analytical and technical layer of our client projects. The role covers everything from building the prospect databases that feed our outbound campaigns, to designing targeting strategies, to making sure the tooling that runs those campaigns actually works.
Day to day, this means working across data, process, and systems — turning client briefs into structured targeting strategies, building and enriching contact databases, configuring campaign sequences, and keeping a close eye on what the numbers are saying. GTM Analysis & Operations
Map each client's funnel — from ICP to SQL — identifying bottlenecks with real data.
Build and maintain tracking models for campaign performance, SDR activity, and conversion by segment.
Turn data into actionable summaries for the consulting team.
Support the construction of Targeting Frameworks and validate hypersegments against real TAMs using Apollo, SABI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Make.com / Zapier.
Build automations that reduce manual work in client operations — data syncing, alerts, automated reports.
Contribute to LGaaS project deliverables: enriched contact databases, signal analysis, performance reports.
Degree in engineering — industrial, computer science, telecoms, mathematics, or similar.
Demonstrable analytical ability: you work with data, build models, and draw useful conclusions.
Above-average Excel / Google Sheets skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic.
Fluent Spanish (working language with most clients and the team).
You've already built automations — Make, Zapier, n8n, or anything similar. Familiarity with CRMs, especially HubSpot.
Basic SQL or Python for data analysis.
Genuine interest in B2B sales, GTM, or Revenue Operations — no experience needed, but you've looked into it on your own.
Fluent English (we work with English-language tools and some international clients regularly).
