Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
We are looking for a OT Project Manager to join our team and assist us ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves supporting all aspects of project coordination, documentation, communication, and reporting.
The project manager will work and support to IT Infrastructure team with the following projects:
1. Remote Access Service for OT Phase I.
2. Privileged Access Management for OT Phase I.
3. OT Cybersecurity Requirements and Guidelines Phase I.
Objectives
• Coordinate global rollout activities across OT environments and regions
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Support risk and issue management
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Organize and lead project meetings (status, steering, etc.)
• Track progress, risks, and issues
• Coordinate with OT site leads, cybersecurity teams, and third-party partners
• Ensure documentation and compliance with internal governance
• Support change management and coordination
• Advise on the development and rollout of OT cybersecurity requirements, including network segmentation,
access control, and asset inventory
• Review and validate technical and procedural deliverables related to OT cybersecurity
Experience
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains.
• Understanding of OT systems, protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3), and cybersecurity principles.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender for IoT).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
• Strong command of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443) is a plus.
