Execute the annual sales plan and achieve volume, margin, and cash flow targets.Manage and retain clients across Europe.Identify and develop new business opportunities.Negotiate commercial terms with manufacturers and distributors.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Engineering).Participate in trade fairs and conduct regular business visits.Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial/technical products.Experience in international and multicultural environments.High level of English (C1) and intermediate German (B2).Availability to travel frequently across Europe.Advanced knowledge of Office tools and CRM systems.What we offer:
