We are looking for Customer Experience to join our team and provide support to Operations & Data Management division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

Main responsibilities :
Reporting to the Director of Operations. Your main tasks will be:
* Draft and manage contracts for both direct and indirect customers, coordinating validation with the Legal team.
* Conduct credit checks for direct customers in collaboration with the Credit & Collections team.
* Set up new direct customers in the internal systems.
* Manage the contract signature process with customers.
* Collaborate with the Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product delivery and installation.
* Create order processing guidelines for Distributors (indirect customers).
* Liaise with the Finance department to report final figures and apply additional discounts when applicable.
* Monitor and follow up on customer orders.
* Act as the main escalation point for operational issues.
* Maintain and update the customer ordering portal and portfolio.
* Provide user support and management for HP2B.
* Guide customers on order and delivery status, and respond to their inquiries.
* Coordinate with the CMV team for specific customer requests.
* Support the Sales team and Category Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
Background & Skills :
* Graduate in Business, Law, Data Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer experience.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
* Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
* Fluent English
