Job Description: Purpose of Role
* Reconcile and post supplier invoices in SAP daily, including dispute resolution, against reservation system records.
* Maintain a clean Accounts Payable ledger and prepare bi-monthly payments to suppliers on time.
* Act as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation, requiring close interaction with both external suppliers and internal teams.
* Participate in monthly closing tasks related to Accounts Payable and control risks associated with open and un-invoiced bookings.
* Contribute to process optimization and standardization for invoice processing and reconciliation.
Accountabilities
* Ensure the accuracy of the AP sub-ledger through timely and precise transaction recording.
* Minimize the risk of negative breakages by monitoring delayed invoices.
* Adhere to internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets, especially cash assets.
Skills
* Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working under pressure.
* Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
* Result-oriented with a proactive approach to driving positive change.
* Good command of English.
Experience
* Accounting education (desirable).
* At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or international environment.
