WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR JOB?
As a Regulatory Reporting Accounting Analyst, your goal will be to support the execution and analysis of regulatory Liquidity ratios. This includes data validation, report execution, analysis, regulatory controls, and official reporting for Santander SA, SCF, and the consolidated Santander Group.
A strong digital mindset is essential to integrate reporting tasks with our ongoing process reengineering and tool enhancement efforts.
We need someone to assist in various areas:
* Execution, control, and analysis of regulatory liquidity ratios
* Ensuring input-output traceability and maintaining a comprehensive control framework
* Collaborating with Regulators, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams
EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial markets within the banking industry
EDUCATION
* STEM profile or ADE/Economics with a strong digital mindset
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Knowledge of financial products and regulatory issues
* Deep understanding of financial products
* Familiarity with liquidity ratios under the Basel regulatory framework
* Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Databricks, Scala, DataLakes
* High level of English proficiency
* Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, and office tools
