We are seeking a highly experienced Global Project Manager to lead a critical supply chain transformation project in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
This is a high-visibility role, working with global stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a global supply chain project, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Optimize supply chain processes by implementing best practices and driving efficiencies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations) to deliver strategic initiatives.
* Implement and enhance supply chain tools (Kinaxis experience is a strong plus!).
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
* Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in global supply chain project management.
* Strong background in pharma or manufacturing industries.
* Expertise in supply chain tools (Kinaxis is a bonus!).
* Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
* Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
