Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to own part of the technical development of our digital health platform. You will:
* Collaborate in the end-to-end design and development of our digital platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and user-friendliness with the support of product.
* Work hands-on as a full-stack developer to build features and fix issues, while laying the groundwork for future scalability.
* Collaborate closely with the founders, tech team and other stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
* Evaluate, select, and manage technical third-party vendors and tools.
* Define and implement best practices for development, deployment, and operations.
* Help build and grow a technical team over time as the company scales.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and motivated senior full-stack developer with:
* A strong interest in digital health products and solutions.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving mindset.
* Professional working proficiency in English.
* Proven knowledge in app development for iOS and Android platforms.
* Strong experience with database management systems (SQL or MongoDB).
* Hands-on knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
Bonus Points For
* Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Familiarity with data science tools and web frameworks (e.g., Python, Django, Flask).
* Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
