The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including software engineering, cloud computing, data, and infrastructure.- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.- Source candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.- Conduct structured interviews and technical assessments to ensure skills and cultural fit.- Coordinate the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.- Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion ratios) to ensure efficiency and quality.- Leverage technology and automation tools (e.g., AI platforms like Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows.- Ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for technical profiles.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English at C1 level.Important: Please note that this is a contract position, hence you will need to be an /"Autonomo/" in Spain to be considered.
